Cyclone dust separators of ОЭКДМ type

– Тhe gas flow can  rotate clockwise and counterclockwise (i.e. right and left) if viewed in the direction of the exhaust pipe

– А higher rate of purification due to changes in design

– А drainage pipe in case rain gets into the unit

– Тhe air purification rate is at 98-99% under operations with chipping waste and sawdust

The unit consists of the case (1) with a sleeve (3)and the inlet pipe (4), the upper part and the cone (2). The upper part has the exhaust pipe (5), upper (6) and lower (7) cones and the water collector (8) with a drainage pipe and a dissector (9).

These  units  are  used  for  pneumatic  removal  of  wood-processing  waste  mixed  with  dust:  bark, sawdust, chipping waste, splinters etc. The unit can be assembled either at the pumping section or at the suction section.
