+7 (4942) 622-023Electric Calorifers ЭКО are designated for equipping electric calorifer units of ЭКОЦseries or for usage in ventilation systems for air-heating in agricultural, industrial and utility buildings, provided that ambient environment is not dangerously explosive and does not contain considerable quantity of currentconducting dust.
Electric calorifer represents a shell of rectangular cross-section, inside which tube-ribbed electric heaters are located: tube-ribbed electric heaters are located in two or three rows, each of which is considered to be separate electric section. Leads of the tube-ribbed electric heaters are located in the boxes with covers.
Tube-ribbed electric heaters are connected as a star in order to ensure 220 V at each tube-ribbed electric heater when connecting electric calorifersto 300V mains. Two independent bimetallic normallyclosed thermo-switches with automatic reset are installed in the shell. One of them has triggering temperature of 70-100° Сand serves as a protection against air flow overheating, another has triggering temperature of 100-130° Сand serves as protection against fire in case of shell overheating.
