Boiler design and operation:
The boiler is a steel cylinder surrounded by a steel cylinder of larger diameter, the construction is insulated. A thermostat is located in the front of the boiler. Heat carrying agent is heated between the two cylinders, the temperature and pressure of the agent is controlled by a thermomanometer. There are two manholes in the construction for the loading of firewood and for ash removal, closed by the upper and lower doors, and a chimney for flue gas evacuation. There are also nozzles for supply and removal of heat carrying agent. An air heating chamber is installed at the top of the combustion chamber to improve the quality of combustion and heat transfer.
There is an inlet between the heating chamber and the boiler walls through which the flue gases enter the heat exchange space.
A telescopic air supply pipe is placed in the chamber, consisting of sections at the end of which the air distributor is fixed. At the top of the chamber there is an air inlet and an air regulating device. On the left side of the boiler, next to the doors, there is a cable for lifting the telescopic air supply pipe. The purpose of the air distributor is to distribute the air properly in the heat generation zones located below, next to the air distributor, as well as in the combustion zones that are located near and above the distributor. The air distributor leans against the wood and descends down as the fuel burns.

We can offer the following sizes of boilers КВР to our customers:
КВР-15 (power 15 kW, heated area 75 -150 m?);
КВР -20 (power 20 kW, heated area 100-220 m?);
КВР -40 (power 40 kW, heated area of ??200-450 m?).
These boilers can be used in heating systems of open and closed type. Depending on the customer’s needs, forced or arbitrary circulation of heat energy is provided. The water is used as a heat carrying agent going to radiator units.
The following fuel is used for these boilers:
• firewood;
• wood wastes (chips);
• sawdust fuel briquettes;
All these types of fuel are available and relatively inexpensive. Their humidity should not exceed 15-30%. Negative impact on the environment during the operation of solid fuel boilers is minimized, since these fuels produce a small amount of carbon dioxide during combustion, which positively affects the health of the household residents and the environment in general.
