Description

Centrifugal induced-draft fans with two-way suction of DN-22×2-0,62 and DN-24×2-0.62 types are used to suck flue gases from furnaces of solid-fuel boilers with the steam-generating capacity between 320… 480 t/h equipped with effective dry fly ash separators. The fans can also be used to suck flue gases from gas-and-oil boiler furnaces of the same capacity.

The usability of exhaust fans of DN-type under “wet” separation should be determined by the ability of blades to collect dust. The usability isto be tested on the pilot lot of units. It is also possible to use DN-22×2-0,62 and DN-24×2-0.62 in units used to handle non-aggressive gases with the dust content not exceeding 2 g/m3 whose abrasive power and adhesive performance are not different from those of flue gases.

The Pitot curves show that the exhaust fans can be used separately or as part of serial-parallel operations.

Exhaust fans of DN type are intended for lengthy use indoors as well as outdoors, in moderateclimates (climate grade U, location category 1,2,3,4 according to GOST 15150-69). The temperature in the scroll casing should not be lower than -30C. The maximum inlet temperature should not exceed 250C.

The rpm values are 750 and 600 rpm.
