Fans ВСК
Fan ВСК is a special corrosion-resistant high-pressure unit with one-sided suction. It is made by special order for a narrow purpose. Centrifugal fans ВСК-16 and 17 are designed for suction and transportation of aggressive non-explosive gases with a minimum content of fluoride compounds. These modifications are used to complete the process plants that produce mineral fertilizers. The use of these units in other production areas is prohibited.Fans ВСК-20 have found their application in the production of technical carbohydrate.
Fans ВСК are made with the right and left direction of rotation. The impeller of the unit is equipped with 24 blades. A snail with a removable quarter can change the rotation angle by 90 degrees. Because of the high aggressiveness of the environment with which the main components of the fan come into contact, the impeller, cochlea, axial guide and nozzles are made of high-quality steel. Elements that are not exposed to the aggressiveness of the environment are made of cast iron and carbon steel.
The start-up of such units is possible at a temperature in the spiral housing within -30 … + 100 ° С. The content of solid particles in the transported medium should be less than 1 gram per cubic meter, and the concentration of phosphoric, fluoric and other similar compounds should not exceed 0.5 grams per cubic meter. Fans are operated indoors and outdoors.
