Axial-flow roof fans ВОКП

Fans of types ВО 25-188, ВО 30-160 are used as main fans in axial-flow roof fans ВОКП. Type and number depend on required parameters. Inlet part ofdevice represents inlet shaft preventing penetration of atmospheric fallouts into the fan and attended room. Shape and dimensions of the shaft have been projected to provide air steady flow before the fanand decrease pressure losses.

Roof fans ВОКП are installed on buildings roof and provided direct feed of outdoor air from upper roof space to ladder and elevator zones creating positive pressure and thus pre venting smoke formation in those compartments. The installation of the fansthe ventilation system is being simplified and made free the space on the crawl floor.

– glass  of  fan  with  a  check  valve  (layout  –  01),  not  allowing  the  possible  air  leakage  outside  the compartment with standing fan (with a circular flange);

– without return valve (layout – 02) ;

– glass  of  fan  with  a  check  valve  (layout  –  03),  not  allowing  the  possible  air  leakage  outside  the compartment with standing fan (with a square flange).

Fans can be under exploitation in climatic conditions of temperate (Temp.) and tropical (T) zones of first placement category.

• Ambient temperature from -40 to +45 ° С(from -10 to +50 ° Сfor tropical assembly);

• In an ordinary conditions handled media should not have adhesives, fiber materials, steams, dust, the corrosive power to carbon steel more than air corrosive power, contain dust or particular matter in concentration more than 100 mg/m3;

• Average value of vibration velocity of vibrationexternal sources in the places of fan installationshould not be more than 2 mm/sec.
