+7 (4942) 622-023Window blowers ВО are designated for exhaust and supply ventilation in the premises of industrial, public, residential, cultural and agricultural purpose, as well as in sales outlets, repair workshops, etc. Square shell allows to install blower easily into wall and window openings. Supply setincludes shutters for avoiding warm air leakage from the premises when blower is switched off. Blowersare manufactured from galvanized sheet steel. Blower impeller is protected by a galvanized mesh with acell of 25х25 mm, which excludes the possibility of getting the foreign objects into operating area.
Window axial blower ВО can be operated under moderate climate conditions at the ambient temperatures from -40°С to +40°С.
Air may not contain any inclusions, being aggressive to standard quality steels, as well as adhesive abrasive and fibrous materials. Air dustiness should not exceed 100 mg/m3.
Window blower ВО consists of: shell, casing, impeller, shutters, motor, protective mesh. Shell consists of plate and diffuser. Impeller consists of a spider with a central hole for shaft and blades; it is mounted on engine shaft. Engine is fastened to the plate by four brackets. To avoid ingress of an outer air and draughts in the premises (when blower is switched off) blower is equipped with shutters, whichare mounted in the casing. When the blower is switched on shutter blades open under the influence of displaced air flow. When the blower is on air is taken from the premises and thrown outside. Air supply is adjusted by change of a rate of motor rotation. For safety reasons impeller is surrounded by the protective mesh.
